The Basic Plan is suitable for those who need minimal assistance, while the Standard and Premium Plans offer more comprehensive services for property owners seeking full-service management.
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium Plans?
- Basic Plan: Offers essential property management services, including tenant placement, rent collection, and routine maintenance coordination.
- Standard Plan: Includes all the services in the Basic Plan, plus additional support like comprehensive tenant screening, regular property inspections, and enhanced marketing.
- Premium Plan: Provides full-service management with premium features such as advanced tenant screening, property upgrades and renovation management, legal support, and dedicated owner communication.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Please provide 30 days’ notice to make the change.
Are there any setup fees?
Yes, there is an initial setup fee of 1500 INR, which is waived for Premium Plan subscribers.
What services are included in tenant placement?
Tenant placement services in all plans include marketing and advertising your property, showing the property to prospective tenants, screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, and collecting the initial rent and security deposit. The Premium Plan offers advanced screening and premium marketing campaigns.
Are maintenance and repairs covered in all plans?
Rent is collected on your behalf and directly deposited into your account. You will receive detailed monthly financial statements showing all transactions. This service is included in all plans.
Can I customize my plan with additional services?
Yes, all plans offer optional add-ons such as eviction management, legal document preparation, renovation management, and marketing boosts. These can be tailored to your specific needs.
Is there a contract term for these plans?
